RICHMOND, Ky. — Led by Isaiah Cozart's 23 points and 14 rebounds, the Eastern Kentucky Colonels defeated the Austin Peay Governors 69-59. The Colonels are now 6-9 on the season, while the Governors moved to 8-9.
