Red Fleet State Park near Vernal has been closed for almost 2 years. The reason: a massive overhaul of the campgrounds, ramp, and parking areas. Red Fleet first opened in the 1960s, so the park was long overdue for an upgrade. We get a first-look tour of the new campground with the park manager, including new tiny homes that can be rented.
