FORT WORTH, Texas (AP) — A special education teacher in the Dallas-Fort Worth area already accused of sexually assaulting a child now faces child pornography charges.

According to a U.S. Attorney's office news release, 62-year-old Kelly Dan Williams made his initial court appearance Monday on a complaint of child pornography production.

The complaint says Williams was observed on June 1 performing a sex act on an 11-year-old boy in a bathroom stall at the Mansfield Independent School District's Mary Orr Intermediate School. Police searched William's residence during an investigation and seized electronic storage devices, including a SD memory card.

Authorities say the SD card showed the suspect performing a sex act on boy who appeared to be younger than 12.

Prosecutors say the video was created on or about Feb. 3, 2010.

It is not immediately clear if Williams has an attorney.
