LANSING, Mich. (AP) — The best and worst-performing VA facilities in Michigan, based on the percentage of appointments that took 31 days or longer to complete between Sept. 1 and Feb. 28, are:

LOWEST PERCENTAGE OF CARE DELAYED

— Bad Axe Community Based Outpatient Clinic: 0.03 percent

— Muskegon VA Outpatient Clinic: 0.06 percent

— Yale VA Outpatient Clinic: 0.09 percent

— Pontiac VA Outpatient Clinic: 0.15 percent

— Benton Harbor VA Outpatient Clinic: 0.17 percent

HIGHEST PERCENTAGE OF CARE DELAYED

— Grand Rapids VA Outpatient Clinic/Wyoming Health Care Center: 3.86 percent

— Marquette Clinic: 3.63 percent

— VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System: 3.39 percent

— Battle Creek VA Medical Center: 2.44 percent

— Oscar G. Johnson VA Medical Center, Iron Mountain: 2.44 percent
