SALT LAKE CITY — The following is an up-to-the-minute look at the three Democratic state caucuses voting on Saturday for the 2016 presidential race.
Democratic candidates are vying for 172 total delegates in three states — Alaska, Hawaii and Washington. Each state awards delegates on a proportional basis. Alaska and Hawaii have already voted for Republican candidates on an earlier day.
Each state will hold their respective caucuses at times throughout the day — Washington opens up its caucuses at 11 a.m. MST, Alaska at 12 p.m. MST and Hawaii at 4 p.m. MST. Results could come in as early as 8 a.m. MST. Check back throughout the night to see updated results. All data comes from the approximated numbers from CNN.
