WYOMING — A while back we highlighted a video of a shark trying to swallow an underwater camera. Now, we have the chance to see what it looks like when a bear decides to chomp on a GoPro.
Check out this amusing footage:
Apparently, the GoPro had been left out for months in a snowy part of Wyoming. When the camera was finally recovered, its memory card held a surprise.
"When I finally found it, I charged it up and couldn't believe what I saw," explains the video's caption. "After four months of it sitting there, a big old black bear found it and not only managed to turn it on but also started recording himself playing with it. Hands down the craziest thing I've seen!"
It's undeniably impressive that the bear knew how to run the camera. I tried using a GoPro HERO10 the other day, and after reading through the instructions a couple of times, I still barely managed to make the camera work. Most of my photos turned out blurry, and I never could figure out how to toggle over to the video setting.
I've got nothing but respect for this clever bear.
Have You Seen This?
