Life's most important questions are being debated here on the street, like who will be the Cinderella at this year's big dance.

Person: "Maryland or Davidson."

Person: "Weber State, of course."

Steve Hock says that includes being sneaky, keeping the game minimized on the computer screen. And when the boss isn't looking--oh yeah, baby.

Researchers say companies lose $3.8 billion in worker productivity because of the big dance. Employers here lucking out a bit with BYU-Xavier and Weber State-UCLA are after hours Thursday.
