**Question:**When I renewed my ad, why didn't it go back to the top of the section? It is still back on page 50?

As of February 12, 2010, when a user renews their ad, it will repost to the top of the section. The only exception to this is the KSL Cars section. This renew feature will be added to KSL cars at a later date.

To renew an ad and have it go back to the top of the section, simply click the "Renew" button as soon as the ad is 14 days old. Users no longer need to delete and repost their ad to have it go back to the top of the section. The reposting rule is once every 14 days.

In the past, users were only able to renew their ad when it was between 25-30 days old. This was only a five day window. If users missed the five day window to renew their ad, it was deleted and they would have to relist it. The window is now 16 days. The "Renew" button will appear under the "My Ads" link when the ad is 14 days old, and remain active until the ad expires at 30 days. If the ad is not renewed before it is 30 days old it will expire and be removed from KSL.com.
