Utah State's Brian McKenna to run in NCAA Cross Country Championships

News ReleaseLOGAN -- Sophomore Brian McKenna will compete at the NCAA Cross Country Championships Monday, Nov. 23 in Terra Haute, Ind.

The men's 10k race will be run at the LaVern Gibson Championship Course at Wabash Valley Family Sports Center beginning at 10:08 a.m. (MT).

McKenna was the Aggies' top finisher at the Mountain Regional race in Albuquerque, N.M., finishing the 10k course in 30:57.5 placing 19th overall on Oct. 31st. McKenna earned an automatic spot to the championships for his performance at the regional race.

McKenna has been the Aggies' top runner in every race thus far this season, including leading the Aggies to a WAC Championship Oct. 31.
