I remember how frustrated I was years ago after I was in an automobile accident. There was so much to take care of: the police report, contacting the insurance, finding a towing service, securing a rental car, getting repair estimates and other hassles. All of this on top of the anguish of being involved in an accident!

Ron Lourenco, owner/manager of Dixie Auto Body and Towing in St. George, told me how his company takes the anxiety and worry out of such an occurrence. Employees recognize the trauma associated with being in a crash and understand how to handle all details for the claim in addition to knowing how to complete the repairs.

Ron's father, Ron Sr., learned the business in 1966 when he studied in a Las Vegas vocational school. Ron Jr. worked in the shop with his father since he was a little boy. The Lourencos bought Dixie Auto Body in 1997 and have established a strong reputation for great work, integrity and customer satisfaction. All technicians undergo continuous training and enjoy using the latest technology and equipment.

When I commented on how the repairs make the cars look just like new, Ron said that appearance is important in his industry and thatÕs what most people look for. However, Dixie Auto Body puts strong emphasis on the car's integrity. It can't just look good; itÕs also required to operate just as it did before the accident.

Dixie Auto Body is also environmentally conscious. The company uses green products in the repairs, such as a water-based base coat paint. This process costs more but aids the company's goal to not dispose of any hazardous waste. Ron says the company recycles everything possible.

Free towing. Free estimates. Lifetime guarantee. These are all assurances Dixie Auto Body and Towing provides its customers.
