We have changed the way For Sale by Owner vehicles are identified and displayed on KSL Cars.
At the top of each car listing we are now clearly identifying vehicles as For Sale by Owner. If you see a vehicle that is incorrectly listed as For Sale by Owner please report that vehicle as abuse and a Moderator will review the listing.
Car dealers are no longer displayed on the KSL Cars home page. Once you drill down on a particular set of vehicles (such as Year, Make, or Model) dealer ads will be displayed as usual. The majority of our users search for specific vehicles, so dealerships should not see a major impact to their traffic. The KSL Cars home page will give private party vehicles a little more exposure for the first few minutes of the posting.
