Molina Healthcare of Utah recently recognized nine everyday heroes at the second annual Community Champions awards. Community Champions was created by Molina to recognize the individuals and groups who dedicate their time to serve others. Recipients included Kayleen Simmons who was honored with the Advocacy and Civic Leader Award and Mathew Meese and Rogelio Franco who received Volunteer Awards. Each honoree was awarded a one-thousand dollar grant to help further the work of the organization of his or her choice.

Parr Brown Gee & Loveless is proud to announce that 28 of its attorneys have been named to the 2010 edition of Best Lawyers, the oldest and most respected peer-review publication in the legal profession.

And, finally, I'd like to thank the longtime producer of the Metro Business Report, Dave Mecham. Dave has gone back to get his masters degree at BYU. He's been a great asset to the Metro Business Report and a great friend.
