British royals PRINCE WILLIAM and PRINCE HARRY are organising a huge pop concert to mark the 10th anniversary of their mother DIANA, PRINCESS OF WALES' death.

The gig will be held at the new Wembley Stadium in north west London on 1 July next year (07), which would have been the late princess' 46th birthday.

The concert is expected to draw 90,000 fans and a TV audience of millions thanks to performances from a host of worldwide singing stars, who are yet to be confirmed.

The event would be an appropriate way to commemorate Diana's death - the late princess was a big music fan who attended Live Aid with 72,000 other fans at the old Wembley Stadium in July 1985. (NCL/WNSMI/ES)
