LOS ANGELES, Nov 13, 2006 (UPI via COMTEX) -- Lifetime Television has ordered a script for a drama inspired by hit songwriter Diane Warren from Craig Zadan and Neil Meron's Storyline Entertainment.
The duo created the project, which was originally developed for ABC, with their television deal through Touchstone Television, the Hollywood reporter said Monday.
The project revolves around a fictional female songwriter who is in the midst of trying to start her career and has to deal with her large, overbearing and dysfunctional family.
The project will also feature some of Warren's music, including her most recognizable hits as well as new tunes that she is writing for the series.
Warren's catalog is comprised of songs including LeAnn Rimes' "How Do I Live," Celine Dion's "Because You Loved Me," Toni Braxton's "Unbreak My Heart" and Aerosmith's "I Don't Want to Miss a Thing."
