Utah (14-4-0, 7-0-0), ranked No. 10 in the nation, hosts the Mountain West Conference Championship this week at Ute Field. The quarterfinals and semifinals are scheduled for Wednesday and Thursday, respectively, at 4:30 and 7:00 p.m. The championship game is Saturday at Noon.
The University of Utah's women's soccer team claimed its second consecutive Mountain West Conference regular-season title with a win over San Diego State last week. The victory secured the Utes spot as the No. 1 seed in the conference championship tournament which starts Nov. 1 at Ute Field. The tournament champion will earn a berth in the 2006 N-C-A-A Women's College Cup.
The Utes and BYU will receive a bye in the quarterfinals. Utah will play the winner of No. 4 New Mexico and No. 5 San Diego State on Thursday at 7:00 p.m. (MST). The championship game is Saturday at Noon (MST).

No. 3 UNLV vs. No. 6 Wyoming 4:30 p.m.
No. 4 New Mexico vs. No. 5 San Diego State 7:00 p.m.
Thursday (Nov. 2) - Semifinals
No. 2 BYU vs. UNLV/Wyoming 4:30 p.m. (the mtn.)
No. 1 Utah vs. New Mexico/San Diego State 7:00 p.m. (the mtn.)
