A common question on everyone's mind this week when does the snow fly and when does it get frosty?
The average first measurable snow is on November 6th. Measurable snow is snow .1 inches or more. The earliest was on the 17th of September in 1965 where we got 2.2 inches of snow.
The first average freeze in SLC is on October 15th. Our forecast for the next few days only shows lows in the 40's.
