NEW YORK (AFX) - Comic book publisher Marvel Entertainment Inc. said Wednesday it amended its $525 million nonrecourse debt facility to fund upcoming "Iron Man" and "The Incredible Hulk" movies.
The company said the films weren't included in the initial film financing facility, but were added on the same terms.
The films are being produced by the company's Marvel Studios subsidiary. "Iron Man" will be distributed by Paramount Pictures, and "The Incredible Hulk" will be distributed by Universal studios; both films are scheduled for release in 2008.
