WASHINGTON (AP) -- An Ohio company is recalling 122,700 photo holders that attach to a zipper because the product can accidentally detach, posing a choking hazard to young children.

No incidents or injuries related to the DesignWare zipper pulls have been reported, the Consumer Product Safety Commission said Wednesday. They are manufactured by American Greetings Corp. of Cleveland.

The accessories consist of a 2-inch plastic blue or purple photo holder in the shape of a butterfly. There are four items in a package and the packaging has a pink cardboard backing. The model numbers, ZPL 1820 and UPC 1810072866, are printed on the back of the packaging.

The zipper pulls were sold at discount, toy, drug, grocery, party and gift stores nationwide between January 2001 and November 2003 for about $4.

Consumers are urged to throw away the zipper pulls immediately and to contact the company for a coupon redeemable wherever American Greetings' products are sold.

American Greetings can be reached toll-free at 1-800-777-4891 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday.
