WASHINGTON (AP) -- Makers of the popular Bowflex workout machines are recalling nearly 800-thousand of the devices.

The Consumer Product Safety Commission says the seats can unexpectedly break on the Bowflex Ultimate Fitness Machines and the Bowflex Power Pro systems with the "Lat Tower."

It also says the benches can unexpectedly collapse on the Power Pro models without the "Lat Tower."

The safety group says it has more than 80 reports of accidents. Some caused injury, including two serious injuries that required stitches in the heads.

This is the company's second recall this year.
