DEMI Moore isn't the only fortysomething mom with a body to die for. Just as the "Charlie's Angels" star stunned Hollywood with her itoned torso, newly separated Kerry Kennedy Cuomo shocked the world with her equally fit form.

The 43-year-old mother of three showed off her six-pack washboard abs this past weekend, as she sunbathed in a sky-blue bikini aboard a motorboat in Hyannis Port, Mass., and walked along the beach in extremely short shorts.

"She looks great," raves Equinox gym celebrity trainer Kacy Duke, who's worked with Julianne Moore, Veronica Webb and Iman.

"If she hasn't had surgery, she's got a hell of a workout routine. She's definitely exercising regularly, and she doesn't look unhealthy which means she's eating balanced meals."

Despite a busy schedule as a human rights activist, which has her traveling around the world, and the demands of 9-year-old twins Mariah and Cara and 6-year-old Michaela, Kerry has managed to carve out time for regular workouts.

"She's not just doing sit-ups," says Duke. "She's definitely doing cardio, pilates, bike-riding, treadmills in hotels, at least three to four times a week."

Good nutrition is also essential.

"I think she has learned after three kids to eat in a way that's conducive to her body," says Duke. "She's not eating junk food."

The combination of diet and exercise is key, says Duke, to bouncing back after pregnancy.

"As you get older, your metabolism slows down and it's harder," says Duke. "Even Sarah Jessica Parker does something."

Indeed, Kerry's been looking more like a Hollywood star than a human rights activist.

"Who says that when you're unhappily married, you have to look like a frump?" says Duke.

"Those days are over for women. She's getting a divorce with dignity and beauty. Send the next one in!"

So how can you get a body like hers?

"Getting started is the hardest part," warns Duke.

"Give two weeks to get back into it. Enjoy the journey, and don't just wait for results. If she can do this with three kids, a hectic job schedule and a divorce, anyone can."

CHEST:

"Push-ups are a great way to build upper body strength," says Equinox trainer Kacy Duke. "It keeps you lean and you can do them anywhere."

Try: Three sets of 8 to 12 push-ups three times a week.

ABS:

"All the running in the world is not going to give you a six-pack like that," says Crunch's Antonio Sini. "She's definitely doing a lot of Pilates."

Try: Pilates three times a week, plus three sets of 12 to 24 sit-ups four times a week.

ARMS:

"As women grow older, weight training is important for bones, and biceps and triceps keep your frame strong," says Duke.

Try: Three sets of 12 bicep curls and tricep kickbacks with 5- to 8-pound weights three times a week.

LEGS:

"She might be doing lunges, running or swimming," says Duke.

Try: Three sets of 8 to 12 reps of lunges and squats with 5- to 8-pound weights twice a week.
