Have You Seen This? Sad dog misses out on ballpark snack

THE BALLPARK — Every dog has its day, except for this one pup who attended Monday's Miami Marlins game.

While most in attendance were drawn to a close contest between the Marlins and Texas Rangers, this one fury friend — joining in on the home team's "Bark at the Park" night — was locked in on its seatmate's snack, leading to an instant meme.

You can actually pinpoint the second when this dog's heart rips in half, as they watch the other one chow down on a hot dog.

The Marlins also ended up dropping the game 4-3, but that pales in comparison to the pain in this dog's eyes.

Fans immediately flocked to social media, demanding justice.

"Please give the other dog something," one person wrote. Others who attended the game shared photos of similar encounters of pets just wanting a bite to eat.

One can only hope they get an extra snack once their owner sees this clip.

That might not be all. The Marlins announced on Tuesday that they would like to treat the dog to a "dream day" at the ballpark. By the looks of it, a hot dog would probably suffice.
