SALT LAKE CITY — It's hard to believe that it's been almost a year since the "Wicked" movie came out. Directed by Jon M. Chu, the film was a smash hit, even being named the highest-grossing film adaptation of a Broadway musical.

As a girl with theater roots, I was enchanted to sit in the theater and see a filmed version of my favorite tunes such as "Dancing Through Life," "Popular" and the ever-iconic "Defying Gravity." Part one of the tale of the witches of Oz was everything I hoped, and more.

This November, the story will have an epic conclusion — with a darker undertone. I know I wasn't the only one dancing for joy when the "Wicked: For Good" trailer was released. Seeing Elphaba, Glinda, Fiyero and the magical world of Oz again was truly magical.

The trailer has also sparked online conversation, more "Wicked" merchandise and of course, fan-made videos. One of my favorites is a Lego-style version of the trailer. Animator Trevor Carlee released the video on his YouTube channel as one of his many Lego-fied versions of popular media.

He managed to capture every detail of the trailer with remarkable accuracy, including costumes, facial expressions and even the adorable gap in Elphaba's smile. I couldn't help but smile at all the shot-for-shot recreations of the fabulous trailer.

Using the original audio, the video transported me right into the world of Oz — but this time, the yellow brick road wasn't the only thing made of bricks. Hearing the upcoming renditions of some of my favorite songs, "No Good Deed" and "For Good," alongside the Lego characters got me even more excited for this November. I hope to see fellow fans gracing the theater this November. After all, green does go good with pink.

Hopefully, 'Wicked: For Good' will inspire even more creators to play with the world of Oz and the story of friendship the world has fallen in love with.
