CINCINNATI — Jizzle James scored 18 points and Cincinnati held off Baylor for a 69-67 win strengthening its case for an at-large bid to the NCAA Tournament. VJ Edgecombe scored 18 points for Baylor. Edgecombe made three 3-pointers in succession and Baylor led 57-56 with 8:13 to go. Aziz Bandaogo followed with a tip-in and Cincinnati led the rest of the way.
