MADRID — Celta Vigo striker Iago Aspas has scored for the second time in a week to give his club a 1-0 win over Osasuna in La Liga. Aspas scored from the spot after 68 minutes to give Celta all three points and lift it five places to ninth spot on Friday. His winner came a week after his penalty gave Celta a 1-1 draw with title challenger Atletico Madrid.
