EVANSVILLE, Ind. — Led by Nakyel Shelton's 18 points, the Eastern Illinois Panthers defeated the Southern Indiana Screaming Eagles 63-54. The Panthers are now 9-19 on the season, while the Screaming Eagles fell to 9-18.
