JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. — Led by Quimari Peterson's 29 points, the East Tennessee State Buccaneers defeated the UNC Greensboro Spartans 65-49 on Wednesday night. The Buccaneers are now 16-12 on the season, while the Spartans fell to 18-10.
