CEDAR FALLS, Iowa — Led by Tytan Anderson's 22 points, the Northern Iowa Panthers defeated the Indiana State Sycamores 88-73 on Tuesday night. The Panthers are now 17-9 with the win and the Sycamores dropped to 12-14.
