The NBA's All-Star weekend has reached the big moment. The league is in San Francisco this year for its annual midseason showcase. Saturday was the second night of on-court events, with the skills, dunk and 3-point contests. Team Cavs, Mac McClung and Tyler Herro were the winners. The All-Star Game is Sunday night. There's a new format for the All-Star Game this year. It's now a mini-tournament with games going only to 40 points.
