NEW ORLEANS — Super Bowl 59 is about second chances for two members of the Kansas City Chiefs. In the case of Kareem Hunt, who began his career in Kansas City, it is a second opportunity with the team that drafted him. He was cut amid off-the-field legal trouble and spent five years in Cleveland. But he was unsigned after offseason surgery when Kansas City came calling. And in the case of Matt Araiza, the Chiefs were willing to give the punter another chance after his own off-the-field trouble caused Buffalo to cut ties with him in 2022, and the legal fallout tied up much of the next two years of his life. Now, both are trying to help Kansas City win an unprecedented third straight Lombardi Trophy when it plays Philadelphia on Sunday.
