MADRID — Villarreal scored four goals in an eight-minute spell midway through the first half to hammer close rival Mallorca in Spain's La Liga. Logan Costa, Alejandro Baena, Dani Parejo and Yeremy Pino all scored as Villarreal took its goal tally for the league season to 38, behind only Barcelona and Real Madrid. The result consolidated its fifth place. Mallorca remains in sixth.
