DALLAS — The Baltimore Orioles have finalized a three-year contract with outfielder Tyler O'Neill that includes a player opt-out after the 2025 season. They also have completed a one-year deal with catcher Gary Sánchez. O'Neill got $49.5 million, equally split to $16.5 million each of the next three seasons. Sánchez got an $8.5 million contract for likely a backup role behind All-Star catcher Adley Rutschman. The 29-year-old O'Neill hit .241 with 31 homers and 61 RBIs in Boston this season. He can play both corner outfield spots. Two-time All-Star Sánchez hit .220 with 11 homers and 37 RBIs in 89 games for Milwaukee.
