Three-time U.S. Olympian Gigi Marvin is retiring at 37, saying her career would not have been complete without the chance to have played in the Professional Women's Hockey League's inaugural season in Boston last year. Marvin won Olympic gold in 2018, along with two silvers, and five world championships over 12 years on the national team. Her experience in the PWHL last season proved to Marvin that she's leaving the game in a better place after playing in three now-defunct leagues. Marvin is from northern Minnesota and now makes her home in Massachusetts.
