MADISON, Wis. — Wisconsin quarterback Tyler Van Dyke was carted into the locker room after being injured on the opening drive against No. 4 Alabama. Van Dyke clutched his right knee after a third-down scramble. The Miami transfer had his head in his hands as the cart headed toward the locker room. Braedyn Locke took over for Van Dyke. Locke started three games in place of an injured Tanner Mordecai last season. The Badgers announced at halftime that Van Dyke would not return. Wisconsin went on to a 42-10 loss.
