PARIS — On the sixth day of the Paris Paralympics, medals are at stake in wheelchair fencing, archery, athletics, equestrian, swimming, shooting, and table tennis. Track highlights include Algeria's Abdellatif Baka in the men's T13 1,500 meters and American Ezra Frech in the high jump final. Equestrian begins at the Château de Versailles, featuring Britain's Natasha Baker and Americasn Roxanne Trunnell. Wheelchair fencing starts at the Grand Palais, with China's Gu Haiyan and Feng Yanke as defending champions. A first time paralympic champion will be crowned in table tenis as both previous gold medal winners have been eliminated in the quarterfinals.
