PARIS — It has been 19 months since U.S. setter Jordyn Poulter crumbled to the floor while playing in Italy, knowing instantly her knee was seriously hurt. After a daunting recovery, Poulter has led the defending Olympic champion Americans into a semifinal match with fellow powerhouse Brazil in a rematch of the gold-medal match three years ago in Tokyo won by the U.S. for the program's first title.
