PARIS — Novak Djokovic is concerned about his surgically repaired right knee at the Paris Olympics after beating Stefanos Tsitsipas 6-3, 7-6 (3) to reach the semifinals. Thursday's victory puts Djokovic in a match against Lorenzo Musetti for a berth in the final. The 24-time Grand Slam champion is trying to collect his first gold medal. The 37-year-old Djokovic began having trouble with the knee early in the second set at Court Philippe Chatrier. That is the same stadium where he originally tore his meniscus on June 3 during a match at the French Open, forcing him to withdraw from that tournament.
