Jun. 24—Victor Wembanyama spent last week working his other job as one of Louis Vuitton's brand ambassadors at the luxury brand's 2025 menswear show during Paris Fashion Week.

The towering Spurs star wore some slick threads and rubbed elbows with acclaimed musician Pharrell Williams, who was overseeing his fourth event as Louis Vuitton's creative director of menswear. Staged about a month ahead of the 2024 Paris Olympics, Pharrell said this showcase was meant to be "a celebration of human athletic prowess."

Wembanyama also helped close out the "Vogue World" portion of Fashion Week while strutting alongside French Olympic track and field champion Marie-José Pérec.

Back in February, Wembanyama officially linked up with Louis Vuitton as one of its house ambassadors, joining the likes of tennis stars Naomi Osaka and Carlos Alcaraz, rising French swimmer Léon Marchand and several others ahead of the Olympics.

"Striving for excellence and with a perpetual honing of craft, Victor joins Louis Vuitton on a journey of shared values and aligned ambitions. Like Louis Vuitton himself, the young athlete has blazed a trail, excelling in a career that is only just beginning," the brand said in a news release.

In a February interview with GQ, the budding French superstar explained his reasoning behind the partnership.

"To me it made a lot of sense to partner with LV — you know, French excellence," Wembanyama said. "The expertise is something that I feel very much attracted to."

Wembanyama has already become something of a fashion sensation. His first signature shoe with Nike was released last month and sold out in less than an hour.
