ASHWAUBENON, Wis. — The Milwaukee Panthers defeated the Green Bay Phoenix 95-84 in the Horizon League Tournament led by BJ Freeman's 32 points. Sixth-seeded Milwaukee plays No. 5 seed Northern Kentucky in the semifinals on Monday at Indiana Farmers Coliseum in Indianapolis.
