STATESBORO, Ga. — Led by Terence Harcum's season-high 26 points, the Appalachian State Mountaineers defeated the Georgia Southern Eagles 85-84 in overtime. Donovan Gregory's runner with less than 10 seconds left in overtime gave the Mountaineers their 85-84 lead and Justin Abson preserved the win with a blocked shot at the other end. The Mountaineers have won eight straight and improved to 19-4 with the win. The Eagles fell to 5-18.
