GREENVILLE, S.C. — Led by JP Pegues' 17 points, the Furman Paladins defeated the Western Carolina Catamounts 65-62. Marcus Foster added 14 points and nine rebounds for Furman. Western Carolina was led by Vonterius Woolbright, who posted 27 points, 16 rebounds and six assists. The Paladins are now 10-9 with the victory and the Catamounts dropped to 15-4.
