MOBILE, Ala. — Led by Tre'Von Spillers' 23 points, the Appalachian State Mountaineers defeated the South Alabama Jaguars 91-84 in overtime. The Mountaineers moved to 11-3 with the win and the Jaguars fell to 8-6.
