CHICAGO — Josiah Hammons scored 23 points to lead the Incarnate Word Cardinals and Alex Anderson hit the game-winning layup with two seconds remaining as the Cardinals took down the UIC Flames 67-66 on Thursday. The Cardinals improved to 4-7 with the victory and the Flames fell to 7-5.
