LORETTO, Pa. — Justice Williams made a 3-pointer with two seconds left and finished with 20 points to lead Robert Morris to a 75-73 victory over St. Francis (Pa.). The Colonials are now 4-8 on the season, while the Red Flash dropped to 4-8.
