DAVIS, Calif. — Ty Johnson scored the game-winning layup with 0.8 seconds remaining and racked up 28 points to lead the UC Davis Aggies past the Pepperdine Waves 79-78 on Thursday night. The Aggies are now 2-0 on the season, while the Waves dropped to 1-1.
