PARIS — England captain Owen Farrell has condemned the abuse targeted at teammate Tom Curry since he complained of being subject to a racial slur during the Rugby World Cup semi-final against South Africa. Curry alleged verbal discrimination from Springboks hooker Bongi Mbonambi. World Rugby is investigating. South Africa Sports Minister Zizi Kodwa has supported Mbonambi but social media has also been used to vilify Curry. That has prompted support for the flanker from England and his Sale Sharks club. After Curry was named to play against Argentina in the third-place game on Friday, Farrell called the online abuse unacceptable. Sale said it was appalled by the "disgusting abuse"
