SOUTH AFRICA — My kids are totally into a book series that pits various animals against each other in hypothetical battles. Some of the titles are interesting, such as, "Polar Bear versus Tiger." But now that the series has been going for a few years and churned out dozens of books, you get clunkers like "King Cobra versus Wombat."

What I've never seen on the various book covers is a title that pits a baby rhino against a wildebeest. Perhaps, the author simply never saw this video.

Sure, the "battle" in this video wasn't very thrilling. But I loved watching the little rhino practice how to be tough. It stomps its feet. It lowers its head. It runs aggressively.

Unfortunately, none of these things look very menacing. Instead, they just look adorable and, after scaring the wildebeest off with its overwhelming cuteness, the rhino baby just runs back to its mom.

I've been lucky enough to see lots of different animals while on a safari in Africa, but I now realize that you haven't lived until you see a baby rhino run around like a sugar-crazed toddler.
