GREEN BAY, Wis. — The exit of four-time MVP Aaron Rodgers has led to some debate among the Green Bay Packers regarding exactly what constitutes a rebuild. Most Packers insist they're not in rebuilding mode even as they try to break in new starting quarterback Jordan Love after trading Rodgers to the New York Jets. Left tackle David Bakhtiari argues otherwise. Bakhtiari has no trouble saying the Packers are rebuilding while pointing out that doesn't necessarily mean they'll have a bad season. Bakhtiari noted how the Seattle Seahawks rebuilt without Russell Wilson well enough to reach the playoffs last season.
