LONDON — West Ham has completed the signing of veteran striker Danny Ings from Aston Villa. The 30-year-old Ings has joined the east London club for a reported fee of 12 million pounds ($14.8 million) and should be eligible to play Saturday when West Ham hosts fellow Premier League struggler Everton. Ings was Villa's leading scorer this season with seven goals. Also New Zealand striker Chris Wood has joined Nottingham Forest on loan from Newcastle. And Wolverhampton forward Goncalo Guedes has joined Benfica on loan for the rest of the season — just five months after signing with the Premier League club.
