SALT LAKE CITY β€” As Mother Nature opened up the heavens and let the rains fall and the winds blow on Saturday, Utah flexed it's muscle with a dominant run game.

Running backs Jaylon Glover and Ja'Quinden Jackson combined for 166 rushing yards, and the team rushed for 306 rushing yards en route to 45-20 win over the visiting Arizona Wildcats. The win pushed Utah to 5-1 in conference play and still in contention for a potential Pac-12 championship appearance.

On Sunday, Utah dropped to No. 13 in the latest Associated Press Top 25 poll, falling one spot from its previous landing at No. 12. And though Utah got a convincing win, it was more about the teams above the Utes and LSU jumping into the top 10 that pushed Utah down in the rankings. It's still one spot higher than its No. 14 standing in the initial College Football Playoff rankings released on Tuesday.

Utah remains one of five teams ranked from the Pac-12 this week.

Oregon, which got a win over Colorado on Saturday, moved up to No. 6, up two spots from last week. The Ducks are followed in the ranking by No. 8 USC and No. 9 UCLA, who both got a late scare in the Pac-12 After Dark games. The four teams remain in a tight race for the Pac-12 championship game and remain the teams to beat in the conference.

Washington moved into the rankings at No. 24 following a win over a previously ranked Oregon State team.

At the top of the rankings is No. 1 Georgia, who got a convincing win over Tennessee on Saturday. The Bulldogs got 62 of the 63 first-team votes and took a commanding step forward over the weekend. Georgia appears on course to defend its national title as the reigning champions.

After Georgia is No. 2 Ohio State, who got the sole remaining first-place votes, followed by No. 3 Michigan, No. 4 TCU and No. 5 Tennessee.

No. 10 Alabama, which suffered its second loss of the season in an overtime defeat to rival LSU, will be one of two games that features two teams ranked in the Top 25. The Crimson Tide will travel to Mississippi to take on an eager No. 11 Ole Miss team ready to add another loss to the column for Nick Saban's team. The other Top 25 matchup features Group of Five programs No. 16 Tulane and No. 22 UCF.
