SALT LAKE CITY — We're to the point of the year where we now have the Associated Press Top 25 and the official College Football Playoff rankings, which were released Tuesday night.
And while we have those official rankings to serve as a basis for how teams are viewed, we want to get your input, too. Did the playoff selection committee get it right when they selected Tennessee as the No. 1 team in the country?
According to our latest fan poll, Georgia is the team to beat with 49 first-place votes. The Bulldogs jumped to the top spot after Ohio State occupied its No. 1 standing for weeks. We're looking forward to see how this plays out over the next few weeks, but more importantly this week when Georgia and Tennessee play each other.
